Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return/exchange.

Spell Kits must be in original condition and unused with all components intact. Accessories are eligible for return/exchange if you are unhappy with them so long as they have not been damaged since arrival. If your items arrive damaged or defective please reach out to our team with photos and we will do our best to make it right.

Due to the nature of our products, any opened or used spell kits are not eligible for return. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
